Jazz for the Schools
Since 2011 Gift of Jazz has been presenting the Jazz for the Schools program, a monthly event that provides an educational and musical experience in Jazz for Denver Public Schools’ students. Many of these students have never had the opportunity to be inspired by the sound of live jazz! This valuable program now takes place in three school districts and serves a total of ~1500 students each year across Denver Public Schools, Adams, and Jefferson counties.

Adult Education Classes
Currently under renovation! Gift of Jazz has hosted three, 8-week semesters of Saturday classes for adults who want to continue their jazz education. Our community helps us choose expert educators in the area, and these artists then create courses to offer to you! Past topics have included jazz piano, composition, arranging, and more.
